W. Lee Koetzle
Lee, Charter/Life CCIM - RECS - SIOR retired, is president and CEO of Koetzle Corporation. Lee and his “K Team” have facilitated successful projects by getting the right people together that understand the job. The "Team" has been involved in property solutions ranging from the smallest merchant to resurrecting a central business district after a tornado to building a premier hotel over a downtown dedicated street. Lee studied at General Motors Institute of Technology, George Washington University, University of Michigan and University of Cincinnati. Lee served many years as adjunct professor of business administration at the University of Cincinnati.

Today, Lee makes solutions his mission through RE-IN-USE.
Lee's motto for RE-IN-USE:  “A use under every roof – every child in a ‘real’ home.

(A wee portion of all proceeds realized through the use of RE-IN-USE will be shared with children's organizations - of choice)

 

Cathleen “Tink” Collins
Tink has worked with the "K Team" for 29 years, coordinating construction crews and sales execs. Tink does more than manage offices, she is also Lee's personal assistant and project coordinator for all Koetzle Enterprises.

  

David Koetzle
David, Lee's son, a business owner himself for 17 years (Koetzle Photography - Leelynn Properties / Leelynn Enterprises, Inc.), joins the "K Team" as technical director of RE-IN-USE, helping to put advanced technology to work for the commercial real estate industry.
